AURA Press & Design – Terms of Service

By placing an order with AURA Press & Design, you agree to the following terms.

Personalized Products
AURA Press & Design offers personalized mugs and other custom products. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, phrases, colors, and customization instructions.

Design Approval
If a design proof is provided, production may begin after the customer approves it. If no proof is provided, we will use the personalization information submitted with the order.

Production Time
Personalized mugs typically require 3–5 business days for preparation after all customization details are confirmed. Shipping time is separate.

Pricing
The listed product price applies to the product and design shown. Additional customization, artwork changes, or special requests may require an additional charge. Any extra cost will be communicated before production.

Customer-Provided Images and Logos
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission or the legal right to use any logos, photographs, artwork, or designs they provide. AURA Press & Design may refuse any request that cannot legally be reproduced.

Color and Placement Variations
Colors shown on screens may vary slightly from the finished product. Minor differences in color, placement, and appearance may occur during the sublimation or customization process.

Cancellations and Changes
Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, personalized orders may no longer be changed or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact AURA Press & Design within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
