AURA Press & Design – Shipping Policy

Personalized mugs are typically prepared within 3–5 business days after all personalization details have been confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Orders are prepared for shipment from Cleveland, Texas 77327.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact AURA Press & Design as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after the order has shipped.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Larger, bulk, or highly customized orders may require additional preparation time. If extra time is needed, we will let you know before production.
