AURA Press & Design – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your AURA order. Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for returns or cancellations due to change of mind.

Please review all names, spelling, colors, phrases, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact AURA Press & Design within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we may provide a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.

Changes or cancellations may be possible only before production has started. Once a personalized item has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

For non-personalized products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.
